In order to accommodate these situations, each seller on our platform is responsible for setting their own return policy, which you can find below. This ensures that you, as a buyer, have a clear understanding of the specific conditions for returns and refunds for each product you purchase.

If you have received an item that is damaged, is not what you ordered, or is missing parts, then please email us immediately at support@5core.com. Include photographs of the issue before returning any goods so we can WORK out the best action to take.


Faulty product - within 30-days of receiving

If your product develops a manufacturing fault through normal use (as outlined in the manufacturer’s manual) within 30-days of receiving the goods, then please email us at support@5core.com, quoting your order number, attaching a photo of the product and the fault details. You can let us know whether you want a refund, repair or replacement. We will arrange collection and cover the costs for collecting, repairing and returning the product to you.  All faults must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of product for repair or exchange. Any faults reported after 48 hours of delivery confirmation will need to be inspected by our technicians before a decision on warranty claim can be made. This can take up to 10-20 working days.

You can return an item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

•Contact our customer service at amantihellp@uniekinc.com for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and packing instructions to prevent breakage.

How do I return a product?

To return a product, please contact our customer service team. that time you'll be issued an RMA (Return Manufacturer Authorization) number and provided instructions for how to return your purchase. Please be sure to refer to our return policy to ensure your product is eligible for return. If you are outside the 30 day return policy window, your purchase may only be eligible for replacement or exchange. Customized items are not able to be returned.

THE RETURNS

Return requests can only be made within 30 days of the date you received the item. To initiate this request, please contact us so that we can facilitate the return. Please note that the policy is subject to the conditions below:

There is a flat rate charged for the return of our products as detailed below. A 15% restocking fee will also be applied. These fees are deducted from your refund.

1. Only items in like-new condition can be returned, with no missing parts. We do not accept any returns with stains, scratches, damages, drilling, or any other modifications made to the product. Products must be completely disassembled. We do not accept partially assembled products.

2. Please return the items in the original packaging, which is designed carefully to avoid shipping damages. If you have already discarded the original packaging, you can use the best packaging material that you can find to package the item sufficiently to avoid damage in transit back to us.

We reserve the right not to refund a product that, in our reasonable opinion, has become of unacceptable quality due to wear and tear, misuse; or as a result of failure to take reasonable care of the product.

We are unable to accommodate returns/exchanges/refunds for the following items:

Damaged Products

If you’ve received damaged products, please notify COLAMY within 3 days of receipt, in which case we will cover the return shipping fee for damaged items only. Damaged items can be returned for a full refund, or replaced under the COLAMY Warranty Policy.

Notice

Products that suffer from defects during their useable lifetime, as outlined in the COLAMY Warranty Policy, qualify for repair or replacement at no cost to the customer, inclusive of shipping costs. Please review the COLAMY Warranty Policy for further details.

THE REFUNDS

Refunds will be initiated within 14 business days after all acceptable returned items have been sent back to our warehouse. Where possible, funds will be processed back to the original form of payment that was paid to COLAMY, i.e. back to your Credit Card, PayPal, etc. For credit cards, depending on your card issuer’s policy, it may take up to 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your account. However, refunds for some banks may only be reflected in your next monthly statement.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for our products at the moment. You could start a refund request.

Cancellation of Orders with Promotional Code

If you cancel any item(s) in your order with a discount voucher/coupon applied, you will be refunded only the final paid price after the applied discount. Please contact us to process this request.

Unless otherwise indicated on the site, non-personalized and non-customized sale items can be refunded in accordance with the eligibility terms specified above.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase and comply with the manufacturer's warranty policy, which can be found inside the furniture packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us in our webchat, by phone, or by email at info@depot-eshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


E-Commerce Trade

We accept all products in resellable condition within 30 days for a full refund.


Entrotek

Entrotek guarantees against manufacturers' defects for 30 days from the date of the delivery on all items. Products with a Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer per their policy. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of the receipt of the item. Products must be in original factory condition, and include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories in order to be returned.

NOTE: All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless Entrotek has made an error by shipping an incorrect item, in which case we must be notified within a week of delivery, and Entrotek will issue a prepaid return label. (Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed for other means of return shipping.) Upon the items return to Entrotek the correct replacement unit will be shipped out, or a refund issued for the full amount of the order if the correct unit is unavailable.

Damaged, Tampered and Partial Loss Items, Lost Items:  Entrotek as the shipper is required to file a damage claim with the carrier, and proceed according to carrier regulations in the case of a damage, partial loss or non delivery to the recipient prior to being able to issue any exchange, credit, or refund. Entrotek must be notified within 10 days of the delivery for any such cases. NOTE: (1)All original packaging must be kept intact by the buyer in order for a carrier claim and inspection to be initiated. (2) Should a buyers Authorized Return arrive to Entrotek as damaged in transit, as Tampered or Partially Lost, or should a return be Lost, the shipper ( in this case the Buyer) must file a claim with the carrier.  Entrotek will hold the damaged unit for the carriers inspection for 14 days. 

Damaged Claim:  Entrotek will schedule a Damaged Inspection with the carrier, most carriers will make 3 attempts to retrieve the damaged package for the inspection. The buyer must have the package ready for pick up and carrier inspection the day after an inspection is scheduled. Damage Claim will normally take a minimum or 14 business days to be processed by the carrier. An exchange or refund will be issued once the carrier claim is approved.

Tampered and Partial Loss Claim:   Entrotek will schedule a Damaged Inspection with the carrier, most carriers will make 3 attempts to retrieve the damaged package for the inspection. The buyer must have the package ready for pick up and carrier inspection the day after an inspection is scheduled. Damage Claim will normally take a minimum or 14 business days to be processed by the carrier. An exchange or refund will be issued once the carrier claim is approved.

Lost Claims: Entrotek must be notified within 30 days of non receipt. If an item is lost in transit and does not arrive to its destination after it has been provided to the carrier by us, Entrotek as the shipped will file a lost claim with the carrier once notified that an item has not reached its destination successfully. All lost claims will be processed according to the carrier's terms and regulations. We do not encourage you to place any replacement orders for lost packages as the item may still be delivered to the buyer at any time until the claim is processed and approved. In the case that you have selected a signature requirement for the delivery of your package and item has been delivered to its destination and a signature has been obtained at the point of delivery, a lost claim will not be able to be filed.


Ettitude

All unopened, unused, and unwashed items can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of your delivery date. Shipping fees are non-refundable.  Your first purchase of any regularly priced bedding items is covered under the 30 night Sleep Trial and is eligible for return.


Opened/used items and returns made past 30 days and up to 60 days of your delivery date will only be eligible for store credit. 

If you’re in the USA, you can trade in your gently used ettitude items on ettitude re:new. You can even trade in and recycle your old sheets from other brands! In return, you’ll receive $50 in credits for every item you send us. Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless faulty or defective. However, you can trade in any final sale products on ettitude re:new and receive $50 in credits in return.

If you're not satisfied with an item that you purchased, you can initiate a return within 30 days after delivery for a refund, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. Items that have been used or modified in any way may not be returned.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Excluded items from return: 

• Due to hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on underwear or earrings, some health and beauty, bedding, Headphone related products unless faulty.

Awaiting Collection Parcel:-

• Generally Courier Company left card for collection at Local Post so please collect parcel with within 5 days (they may ask you to proof of identity)

• If you failed to collect parcel an due to that parcel back to us (RTS or returned to sender) then We do not cover any fees incurred from failed deliveries and if this leads to an order cancellation we will deduct these fees from the order amount to be refunded.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Domestic:

1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

2) Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

4) If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact Customer Support within 90 days after your order was placed.

Shipping Fee

We offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not provide shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or any other territories under the United States' control. At this time, we also do not offer shipping to Canada or Mexico. Currently, we do not ship internationally either.

Modifying or Cancellations

Your order is important to us, which is why we processed and sent out right away. Once the order is submitted and you want to make a change, please contact our Customer Service Department by calling toll free 1-877-380-3830 between 9:00 am to 6:00 PM EST or send an e-mail to support@markandday.com to modify or cancel it.

You can cancel any order before it ships out. Generally, we ship out the orders the same or the next day. If you need to cancel, you need to call/email before 2:00 pm EST of the same day. However, once an item shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you missed the window to cancel the order, you can always set up a return and send it back. Please note, return shipping costs may apply.

Return Policy

For whatever reason, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 60 days after their delivery date. All returns must be unused, undamaged and in original condition. We do not accept any returns after 60 days. 

With our hassle-free return processing, a return label is included in the package together with the product you receive. In case you want to return the product, contact us first at support@markandday.com or 877-380-3830. Our customer service team will help you with the return instructions. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

In case you want to exchange an item with a different one, we accept that as long as the product is unused, undamaged and in its original condition. To exchange your initial item, please contact us first at support@markandday.com or 877-380-3830.

Refunds 

If applicable - once your unused item is received and evaluated, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Credit for the purchase price of the item will be automatically be applied to your account within 5-7 days of our receipt of the return.

Please also be advised that your area rug must be returned in its original condition. If the received item has wear or damage, the full credit may not be issued. To safely package your item for transit, we strongly recommend using either its original packaging or a thick plastic (plastic painters' tarps, black contractors' bags, etc.).

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If any of the goods called for on the Bill of Lading are shorted or damaged, you should not accept them until the carrier makes a notation on the freight bill of the shorted or damaged goods. This must be reported to Stevens Industries within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment.

Concealed Damage: You must notify the carrier as soon as any hidden loss or damage is discovered after receipt and request the carrier to inspect within 48 hours. If the carrier is unable to do so, prepare a signed statement to the effect that you have notified the carrier (on a specific date) and that the carrier has failed to comply with your request (name of person you talk to, date and time of the conversation. File your claim with the carrier promptly and support your claim with a cargo loss and damage claim form, copies of the bill of lading, freight bill, product invoice, photographs, and inspection claim given to you by inspector after inspection is done.

Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Tot Mate purchase, your product may be returned. Returns must be requested within 30 days of the date of delivery. Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Items must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Ready-to-Assemble units must be returned with all hardware and boxes. Items that are return soiled, damaged, or altered will not be accepted or refunded. Please be aware that damage includes any shipping damage during the return of the item(s). Credit (minus restocking fee) will be issued after return is inspected, if it is found to be in good, resalable condition. No credit to be issued if the unit is damaged, or not in resalable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund within the first 7 days after the purchase order has been placed, given that the order has not already shipped. Any order cancellation received after 7 days will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee. Order cancellations are approved on a case-by-case basis based on where the items are in the production process. Due to most items being made to order, orders are not able to be canceled once they have been completed in production.

2.    All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
3.    Customer is responsible for buyer’s remorse return shipping expenses unless otherwise explicitly stated on the product. Replacement parts will be shipped at our expense.
4.    Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaging during return transportation. Customer is responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping.
5.    The product must be in its original new/unused/unassembled condition to be eligible for return. 
6.    Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
