Do you offer financing?

Yes, we offer a variety of payment plans for people of all credit levels, including no credit. We offer no money down, 0% interest and terms as long as 24 months. Please visit this page to view the payment plans we offer.


Is it safe to make purchases online through PayPair?

Yes, it is very safe and secure to order on PayPair.com. Our website is protected by SSL encryption technology, and partnered with Stripe, a leader in handling secure credit card sales for e-commerce companies.


Do I need to register to buy an item on PayPair.com?

No, you do not need to create an account to make a purchase. You can check out as a guest, though registration is encouraged to improve future shopping experiences.


How do I create an account on PayPair.com?

Click on the "User" icon in the top right corner of the page and follow the prompts. You'll need to provide some basic information to set up your account.


How to cancel your order?

There are multiple ways to request an order cancelation:
- Use our customer service chat at the bottom right of the screen (available Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm EST)
- Message your PayPair seller directly by  logging in to your account, viewing your order, and clicking on ‘messaging’
- E-mail us at support@paypair.com (don't forget to include your name and order number)


Who do I contact if I have a question about products on the site or from an order placed on the site?

All questions related to orders, please log in to your account and contact the seller you purchased your item(s) from. You can go to your account, view your order and click on ‘messaging’ to contact your seller.
If you have a question about a product before purchasing, you may use our customer service chat at the bottom right of the screen. Chat is available Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm EST.  You may also email us at support@paypair.com


How do I reset my password?

Why are the payment plan options not available in my area?

It is possible no payment plans are being offered in your state. We do offer the ability to pay with debit or credit cards in those states.

How do you select your sellers?

Our top-rated sellers are handpicked by our team and follow our timely shipping and return guidelines.


Is the seller's customer service dependable?

We make sure our sellers offer customer service if escalations are ever required to ensure you get the help you need – we’ll be there to step in at any point.


Is purchasing from sellers secure?

PayPair handles all transactions directly, so the sellers never see your payment information.


What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?

If you have a question related to damaged or faulty products, please log in to your account and contact the seller you purchased your item(s) from. You can go to your account, view your order and click on ‘messaging’ to contact your seller.


Shipping and Tracking

How can I track my order?

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email or text containing a tracking URL generated by the carrier, chosen by the seller. You can also sign in to your account to review your order and the shipping information.


What are your shipping costs?

All shipping is free of charge.


Where do you ship to?

We ship to all states except Alaska and Hawaii.


My item never arrived, what do I do?

If you have a shipping related question, please log in to your account and contact the seller you purchased your item(s) from. You can go to your account, view your order and click on ‘messaging’ to contact your seller.


What do I do if my item is delivered damaged?

If your item is delivered damaged, please log in to your account and contact the seller you purchased your item(s) from. You can go to your account, view your order and click on ‘messaging’ to contact your seller.


How long will it take for my item to arrive?

Delivery times vary based on the item selected and the seller’s preferred shipping method. Refer to the tracking information you received via email/text or that is accessible in your online account for specific shipping details.


Return and Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. If you have not received your order, you can contact the seller you purchased your items from to request a cancellation. Just log in to your account to communicate directly with the seller by viewing your order and click on ‘messaging’.


What is PayPair.com’s return policy?

Each seller on our platform is responsible for setting their own return policy, which you can find in our Return Policy page. This ensures that you have a clear understanding of the specific conditions for returns and refunds for each product you purchase.


Payment Plans and Lending

What types of payment plans does PayPair offer?

We work with a variety of different partners that have different solutions, including Revolving Credit, Personal Credit Lines, Installment Loans, and Lease-to-Own.


How do PayPair payment plans work?

You can get approved for a payment plan by our partners at checkout. Upon approval, make a selection that best suits your needs.


What information do I need are the eligibility requirements for PayPair Payment Plans?

When you apply online at paypair.com you may be asked for the following:
- Name
- Address 
- Mobile phone number
- Email
- SSN
- Date of birth
- Income information

Do I need a good credit score to get approved for a payment plan?

No. Our partners consider many different factors in reviewing your application and regularly approve customers with less than perfect credit history.


What if I have a question about the payment plan I signed related to my order?

Can I pay off my lease-to-own item early?

Most partners offer an early buy-out option between 90 to 101 days.


Credit

What is meant by “no credit needed"?

"No credit needed" means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. Our partners do check credit sources; however, they look at many other data points to make a final decision and regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.


Does PayPair.com check my credit?

As part of our digital approval processes, our partners will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application.


Will checking my eligibility or applying for a payment plan affect my credit score?

No. Prequalifying for a payment plan will not affect your credit score. We work with a variety of different partners that have different solutions, including Revolving Credit, Personal Credit Lines, Installment Loans, and Leasing. Our partners do look at credit bureau reports when considering your application.


Is this a hard or soft hit on my credit?

Our partners will only make soft inquiries to the big three credit bureaus, which do not affect your credit score. They pull data from various sources, but it doesn’t result in a hard hit (unless a purchase is made).


Can I build up my credit by completing a successful lease?

Some of our partners report successful lease completion to credit bureaus and can be used as a means to boost your credit score. Go to this page to learn more about our partners.
